1. Order Cancellation

pgppremium accepts order cancellations under the following conditions:

Unpaid Orders

If your order has not been paid, you may cancel it directly through your account or contact our customer support team for assistance.

Paid Orders

Paid orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund. Once an order has been processed for fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

pgppremium offers a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your apparel items.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition
  • All original tags, labels, and protective packaging must remain intact
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • A valid proof of purchase is required
  • Items returned without prior written approval will not be accepted
  • Custom or personalized apparel items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrectly shipped

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email service@pgppremium.com with the following information:
  • Your full order number
  • The specific garment(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • A clear and detailed reason for the return or exchange
  • Clear photos or videos (if the item is damaged, defective, or does not match your order)
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the official return shipping address. Please send the item within 7 days after approval and share the tracking number with us to monitor delivery.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or style preference), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Estimated return shipping cost: €3-€10 per item, depending on item size, weight, and destination location.

Merchant Responsibility

If the item you received is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match what you ordered, pgppremium will cover all return shipping costs and provide you with a replacement, exchange, or full refund at your option.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after processing
  • The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Refund Deductions

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
  • The item is returned damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
  • Original tags, labels, or packaging are missing or damaged
  • The item shows signs of wear, alteration, or washing

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
  1. Check your payment account again, as processing times can vary by institution
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as there may be a delay before the refund is posted
  3. If the issue remains unresolved after 10 business days, please email us at service@pgppremium.com

30-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee

We want you to love your new clothes! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

What qualifies:

  • Unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached
  • Items in their original packaging
  • Return requests submitted within 30 days
  • Items returned with prior approval

What doesn't qualify:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Items without original tags
  • Returns sent without prior approval

How to Return

  1. Email service@pgppremium.com with your order number, items to return, and reason
  2. Wait for our approval and return address
  3. Ship the item within 7 days and send us the tracking number

Shipping Costs

  • Your responsibility: Returns for wrong size, style, or change of mind (€3-€10 per item)
  • Our responsibility: Returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (we cover all costs)

Refunds

  • Processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your item
  • Refunded to your original payment method
  • Allow 3-10 additional days for your bank to process the refund
